Tea-ceremony Dishes "Kaiseki-Ryori"


  This time I introduce Kaiseki-ryori. It is well-known for a collaboration of delicate technique and Japanese seasonal cuisine. The fresh ingredients are cooked in ways that enhance the original taste of the ingredients. Basically the taste of each dish is simple. And it is presented in nice dinnerware. Originally Kaiseki-ryori is vegetarian but recently meat and seafood are used.

  The Kaiseki-ryori is served at "Ryoutei".There are various type of "Ryoutei" Kaiseki-ryori in High rank Ryoutei is really expensive but it is often used for business meeting. I met a partner there and got useful information.
